Alexandra put my daughter at ease the second we met her on a city centre location shoot. She knew exactly where to go to capture amazing backdrops, what costume to wear and what pose would look best. The photos we received were outstanding. So, when it was time for dance college headshots and body images, we didn’t hesitate and visited Alexandra’s lovely studio, where once again, she gave us stunning, professional photos to be proud of. It really helps that Alexandra is also a dancer so knows every fine detail and how best to capture a perfect moment. She is just the best and we would 100% recommend.

If you want a professional and fun dance photoshoot, I cannot recommend Alexandra Donald Photography highly enough. Alex has a vast experience and knowledge of everything photography. With her dance background, she always has an eye for pose and perfection, making the perfect dance pictures. We always have fun on our shoots with Alex, she is always upbeat and our dancers are totally stress free. She overcomes their nerves with her warm personality and great sense of humour! Every photo shoot has a new, creative ideas and we are always delighted with every single perfect picture - Alex wouldn't have it any other way!

I had Alexandra in to our summer intensive this year to do a ‘mini taster shoot’ with each of our kids at Intensive! Not only is she incredibly talented but was great with the girls, giving them suggestions for poses and talking away to them all so they wouldn’t be nervous! With Alexandra being a dancer herself the kids found her so easy to shoot with as she knew what technique/moves/poses would suit their ability and could correct their technique too, which is a blessing in a dance photographer ! We have since then received our photographs and they are amazing, totally above and beyond what I could have asked for. Close to 30 kids one after the other for a taster shoot and every single one of them are fantastic and totally tailored to their wee personalities and dance ability! I would definitely recommend Alexandra & will have her back to shoot my girls very soon!

My daughter had a recent shoot with Alexandra and every image is stunning. Alexandra was fabulous and braved the freezing Glasgow weather without a single complaint! She really captured my vision for the shoot perfectly. We will definately be using her again and would highly recommend.!

We had a recent shoot with Alexandra. She listened to our ideas and found the perfect venue for us. As she is a dancer herself I could leave all the shots in her capable hands while we got the models ready and the poses and action shots were perfect.

I LOVE absolutely every one of my pictures and found it hard to choose what ones I wanted to buy as they were all GREAT!. She is VERY helpful when out shooting, especially with dance shoots.
